Hutchinson Honeys Race For Life - May 2003 
This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the Cancer Research UK Race For Life. The 5km challenge is undertaken by thousands of women in locations across the UK each year and has raised over £35 million since it began.


Over 800 women took part on Sunday 18th May at the Tweseldown Race Course in Fleet, Hampshire. Among the entrants of all abilities were the ‘Hutchinson Honeys’ whose smiles throughout the event certainly brightened an otherwise grey day. Despite the wind, rain showers and a challenging course, the entire team crossed the finishing line with determination and a huge sense of achievement.

The ‘Hutchinson Honeys’ proved sweet indeed, raising over £1,000.

Red noses, Red legs and Full stomachs - April 2003 

Hutchinson & Co. Trust Company Ltd would like to extend heartfelt congratulations to all its staff and clients for their effort in raising £500 for Comic Relief 2003. 

Staff members joined in to the spirit of the day by organising a series of fund raising events. From leg waxing, the disadvantage of being one of a limited number of men in a predominantly female office, to a lunch incorporating dishes from a number of the countries represented by our multi national staff. The Board of Directors generously donated an additional day’s annual leave, raffle tickets for which sold briskly.

Hutchinson & Co Trust Company Ltd acquires CFS - March 2003 

Hutchinson & Co. Trust Company Limited are pleased to announce the recent purchase of a new associate company, Capital Financial Services Limited ("CFS"). The investment has been made through Hutchinson's sister company, Highpoint Business Solutions Limited ("HBS").

CFS is a long-established Isle of Man based finance company, which has been providing credit lines for a number of resorts to enable them to offer point of sale loan finance to UK residents wishing to buy timeshare products.

CFS will initially continue to offer timeshare loans to UK residents, but it is expected that within a short period of time it will extend its services to cover all EC nationals. Interest rates are competitive and Resort loan facilities can be established quickly and efficiently.

Samui Peninsula opening - Feb 2003 

The Opening Ceremony of the new 5 star Samui Peninsula Resort, Koh Samui, Thailand took place on 8 February 2003 and was attended by representatives from a number of the Resort's business partners, Hutchinson & Co Trust Company and RCI. In the morning the Resort and its staff received a blessing from nine local monks in an hour-long Buddhist ceremony, the traditional ribbon cutting ceremony and speeches took place in the evening. The guests were then treated to a wonderful banquet dinner and an impressive firework display. The first guests are due to arrive at this very prestigious Resort at the beginning of March. Holiday Rental Services - Jan 2003 

Hutchinson's sister company, HBS, has entered into an arrangement with a high profile internet holiday rental company. The majority of the resorts featured on the website are of the high quality synonymous with Timeshare resorts and expansion to meet demand is urgently required.
